VAPOR DEGREASING
Vapor degreasing is a process in which parts are lowered into a high temperature solvent vapor where the condensation of vapors flushes oils and other contaminates from the surface. Highly effective for parts that may have many “pockets” or have deep ID’s, the pure solvent aggressively removes impurities and contaminates.
Our vapor degreaser can handle parts up to 2000 pounds and measures 40” x 100”at the opening. We are also equipped with a manual spray wand for spraying the solvent directly onto the part.

SPECIFICATION COATINGS
Final Finish specializes in military and aerospace coatings. We are equipped with four large paint booths and two large ovens. Final Finish can handle very technical and complicated masking and painting processes. Below is a small sampling of specifications we commonly practice:

INDUSTRIAL COATINGS
Final Finish uses all types of industrial coatings. Commonly we use epoxies, polyurethanes and enamels. We can custom match any color and carry a wide range of colors in house. Example products include electrical enclosures, weldments, castings, frames, brackets, braces, sheet metal, plates, tanks, etc.
CORROSION INHIBITING COMPOUND
A corrosion inhibitor is a chemical compound that, when added to a liquid or gas, decreases the corrosion rate of a metal or an alloy. Final Finish will apply corrosion inhibiting compound primarily to primed ID’s of certain parts. Below are specifications we commonly practice for corrosion compound.

PLASTIC MEDIA BLAST
Plastic Media Blasting (PMB) is a dry abrasive blasting process designed to replace chemical paint stripping operations and conventional sand blasting. PMB is well suited for stripping paints, since the low pressure and relatively soft plastic medium have minimal effect on the surfaces under the paint.
